Lottery Rules

The objects of the lottery are to provide cash prizes to members

• Membership is restricted to Full members of the Club (as per club rules).

• Proceeds less expenses and prizes will be devoted to the funds of the Club.

• A draw for prizes will be held at the Bi-monthly meeting of the Management Committee.

• Each ticket costs 54p which is payable every four weeks.

• A member may hold as many tickets as he/she wishes.

• Members will only be allowed to participate in the draw if they have paid the appropriate levy per ticket, deducted at source preceding each draw and are members of the Norfolk Constabulary Sports and Social Club at the time of the draw.

• The draw will take the form of a “number” draw and no prize will be delivered except to the person holding the winning number.

• The proceeds of the Lottery at each draw will be allocated as per rule book. 

• Each participant in the Lottery will be required to give a written undertaking:-

A) That he/she wishes to be a member.
B) Authorising deduction at source for tickets per four-weekly pay period.
C) Will notify the promoter when they wish to cease participating in the Lottery.

• These rules may be amended by the Management Committee to meet changing circumstances, subject to confirmation at the next General Meeting, but any such amendments shall have effect up to the time of such meeting.

Norfolk Constabulary Sports and Social Club Lottery is drawn every two months with fifteen prizes on each occasion ranging from £1,000 to £75. Tickets cost 54p each and are taken direct from your pay each month. There is no restriction on the amount of tickets you can buy with the only requirement being you have to be a full member of Norfolk Constabulary Sports and Social Club.
